Steven is a Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of Vacatia, an

online, resort residence rental and resale platform. He maintained

responsibility for all legal matters, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and real property issues related to multi-national brand building, online real property brokerage, seller of travel licensure, and resort residence rental and resale marketplace development. Steve was also in charge of Vacatia's real estate sales platform. Vacatia received the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) 2017 Industry Innovator Award.

Steven was Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Broker at Ragatz Resort Realty, a real estate brokerage firm focused on resort-oriented properties.

Steve is a former Partner at Vantera Partners investment banking group specializing in real property, emerging technology

and consumer products ventures.

Steven is a former Equity Partner with Cox, Castle &

Nicholson, LLP, where his practice focused on the

acquisition, disposition, development and management

of residential, commercial, hospitality, resort, and mixed-use properties. Cox is one of the largest full-service law firms specializing in real estate in the United States, and is a Tier-1 Real Estate Law Firm as rated by US News and World Report.

Steve served 15 years combined active and reserve duty as an officer in the US Air Force.
